Urban churches face unique challenges as they strategize to reach people in their cities. The cost of living, housing, immigration, and the ability to work remotely are driving young adults and families to move outside of urban centres. The inability to hire full-time staff due to budget constraints is another issue. Ethnic churches especially, are faced with with Next Gen leaving for multi-ethnic churches.
